In order to spread children’s safety awareness, spread safety knowledge, teach safety protection skills, promote children’s understanding of the outside world, explore the unknown world in a safer and healthier manner, and satisfy children’s curiosity, CDIK Bao'an Campus carried out the social practice activities of "Nanshan Safety Education Experience Hall" from November 2nd to 5th.

At 9 in the morning, the Gumis gathered on the first floor, everything was in order, with a smile and expectation that could not be concealed on their faces. Each teacher counted the number of children, explained precautions, and distributed fluorescent vests to ensure the safety of Gumis. Our cutest "Gumi Security Support Army" also arrived on campus on time, and our beautiful mothers and handsome dads were also ready! To escort this trip, we all set off together by school bus!

After arriving at the destination, Gumis first entered the venue by measuring body temperature one by one. The venue is equipped with home safety, fire safety, construction safety, traffic safety, industrial safety, 4D disaster experience centers, etc. Through the form of publicity board display and interactive teaching experience, little Gumis popularized knowledge about home, fire protection, transportation, emergency, etc., reduced the safety risks around children, and improved children's emergency response capabilities. During the fire extinguisher operation exercise, professional staff introduced four common fire extinguishers and their use scenarios to the Gumis, and demonstrated the use of fire extinguishers on site. Children could choose the fire scene on the electronic screen, choose the corresponding fire extinguisher according to the scene, and operate the fire extinguisher correctly to simulate a fire.

Fire escape simulation exercise. The project simulats fire escape scenes. The instructor explained the use of smoke masks and fire escape postures and precautions. Then the safety instructor organized children to conduct real-life exercises to escape from the simulated smoke channel. Look at it, Gumis has learned a lot!

School bus accident emergency experience. The school bus is a means of transportation to transport children between homes and schools. The school bus accident emergency experience simulates the emergency situation of a school bus accident (severe damage, fire, etc.). The safety instructor taught emergency handling methods to guide the children to quickly and accurately found the inside of the car by using the escape hammer to break the glass and escape from the window.

Real-world traffic rehearsal. The project simulates the scene of pedestrians crossing a zebra crossing. When the red light is on, when you cross the zebra crossing, there will be an accident scene of running a red light and being hit on the screen; when the green light is on, the safety instructor organized the children to cross the zebra crossing in an orderly manner and taught the children to follow the traffic rules of "stop at red light and go on green light" .

Home safety electricity is equipped with electric water heaters, gas water heaters, electric sockets, electric cars and other household electrical equipment. By touching the corresponding location, the large-screen video can be activated, showing the potential safety hazards of the equipment, and teaching corresponding preventive measures.

Kitchen chain accident demonstration experience hall, kitchen chain accident demonstration by simulating various accident scenarios in the kitchen. Children entered the kitchen through "traversing", and carried out human-computer interaction to eliminate potential safety hazards in the kitchen and learned emergency handling methods for kitchen accidents. The Gumis couldn't wait to try it.

The project simulates the scene where the elevator suddenly falls down due to a failure. The safety instructor explained to the children in detail and taught the trapped personnel how to protect themselves and how to correctly ask for help. At the beginning of the simulation, the teachers and Gumis responded correctly under the prompt of the safety instructor to protect themselves.

The disaster experience cabin simulates the destructive power of earthquakes and typhoons, and learns the knowledge of self-rescue and escape when natural disasters come.

Equipped with special effects such as smoke, water spray, photoelectric, blower, vibration, etc., combined with 3D movies of various accidents and disaster scenes, creating an immersive movie experience. Gumis had a multi-directional experience such as vision, hearing, and touch. At the scene of the disaster, Gumis also understood the importance of safety.

The guide introduced the industrial safety experience zone to the children to show the safety risks that are prone to accidents in industrial production. And represented by confined space, dust disaster, mechanical equipment, etc., 8 exhibition items were set up. Children could learn about common safety risks and countermeasures in industrial production through personal experience.

The building construction safety experience zone takes basic safety education on construction sites as the starting point, and sets up exhibition items such as wearing safety protective equipment, safety shoe piercing, helmet impact, safety sign learning, etc., to strengthen basic safety knowledge. Let the children fully experience the scene and safety precautions of its construction site. In addition, highlight high-risk operations such as temporary electricity use and deep foundation pit operations to enhance children's safety awareness.
