On May 28, 2021, Have Fun-the kindergarten game power theme activity seminar kicked off the teacher development day of this semester.

2021年5月28日，“Have Fun——幼儿园游戏力”主题活动研讨拉开了本学期教师发展日的序幕。

Under the background of this new era of ever-changing and rapid development, Crown Dream Education is burdened with innovative thinking and the important task of cultivating an extraordinary future for our students. In addition to the training of basic skills of daily teachers and the research of subject areas, we need to firmly press the pause button; stop and listen, take a look, and think about it. What is the essence of education? Isn't educating children a marathon? We need to adjust our own pace in time on our own track.

在这个日益变化、极速发展的新时代背景下，冠萃教育背负着具备创新思维，培养非凡未来的重任，除了日常教师基本功的训练、对学科领域的研究，我们需要坚定地按下暂停键；停下来听一听、看一看、想一想，教育的本质是什么？教育孩子何尝不是一场马拉松呢，我们需要在自己的赛道上及时调整专属自己的前进步伐。

The theme of this development day focused on two keywords-fun and games. The training instructors for this event are Principal Shirley, Operation Director of Crown Dream Education, and Eva, Teaching Director of CDIK Bao'an Campus, quoting a saying that Eva often said: "You will do well if you feel good! Humor is wisdom. It is also an ability."

本次发展日主题聚焦了两个关键词——开心、游戏。担任本次活动的培训讲师为冠萃教育运营总监兼宝安旗舰园园长Shirley，以及鸿景园校区的教学园长Eva。引用Eva常说的一句话：“感觉好才会做得好！幽默是智慧也是一种能力。”

Speaking of fun, of course, Chily, Education Director of EYFS Education Research Center is indispensable! The flower blooming game brought by Chily, the joyful teaching and research in the afternoon unceremoniously brought out the elements of happiness.

说到好玩，当然少不了我们教研中心的总监Chily老师啦！由Chily给大家带来的花开游戏，午后的欢乐教研毫不客气地蹦跶出快乐的元素。

After five rounds of the game, the inner distance of each of us has gotten closer. The next step is to set up special teams, choose team leaders, name the team, shout slogans, and stand up to share with everyone!

五轮游戏下来，我们每个人内心的距离又靠近了一点。接下来就是分别成立特色小组，选组长、定队名、喊口号、立造型！一样都不能少。

We spent the whole afternoon in laughter, and the magic of the game is probably what makes time fly by.

I am fortunate to have joined the preschool education industry, which is also the industry with the highest happiness index among all occupations I think so far. The three years of Crown Dream carried all my enthusiasm for the profession of teacher. In the process, I found my value, and from the initial vision and love for this profession, it was internalized into the respect in my heart.

我庆幸自己加入了学前教育这一行，这也是目前为止我所认为的所有职业当中幸福指数***的行业。冠萃的三年承载着我对老师这个职业所有的热情，过程中我找到了自己的价值，也由***初对这个职业的憧憬与喜爱，内化为心底的尊敬。
