The meeting was presided over by Ms. Zhai. Ms. Zhai welcomed and thanked the parents who attended the meeting and introduced the meeting arrangements.

家长们通过小游戏，互相认识，在一片欢声笑语中拉近距离。

Then, our principal explained the history and development of the kindergarten, and illustrated management of the professional team of teachers, so as to enhance the parents' understanding of the kindergarten.

接着，园长从幼儿园发展历程及现状、教师职业队伍的管理等方面展开了说明，增进家委们对幼儿园的了解。

二、倾听心声，求同存异

Next, it is the recommendation session. As parents representatives, parents expressed their voices to the kindergarten. They discussed enthusiastically and reached an agreement.

接下来是家委建议环节。家委们作为家长代表，集中表达了家长们的心声，大家热烈商讨，达成一致。

The principal briefed everyone the work arrangements of the kindergarten, delivered the work plan of the Parents Committee this semester, and clarified the tasks and responsibilities.

接着园长向大家简述了近期园所工作安排，并梳理了本学期家委工作计划，明确家委的任务与职责。

三、伙委会成立

Food safety is the key of to sustaining life and promoting good health.

民以食为天，食品安全大于天。

Doctor Ding, who is in charge of food safety and management in the kindergarten, elaborated on safety issues and dietary management, and gave detailed explanations on food suppliers, inspection procedures, food processing, and food retention sample. Our kindergarten attached great importance to food safety and food nutrition.

负责幼儿园食品安全与管理的丁医生，针对安全问题、膳食管理等方面做了详细阐述，就家长关心的食材供应商、验货流程，食材加工、试吃留样等问题进行了详细讲解，突出我园对食品安全、食品营养工作的重视。

Tea time is the most exciting session!

The kindergarten kitchen prepared some children’s daily meals and invited parents to taste. Looking at these delicious food! Parents contributed many opinions on the meals in the kindergarten.

幼儿园食堂特意准备了一些具有特色的幼儿日常餐食，邀请家长进行品尝和体验，用***直观的方式让家长放心、安心。看着这些色香味俱全的美味，简直是隔着屏幕都要流口水了!家长们用心品尝，好评连连，也针对餐幼儿园餐食提出了很多建设性看法。

Second Parents Committee is officially established! Look, our members of the Parents Committee of this year are standing on the stage and holding Certificate of Appointment with full of ritual and responsibility.

本届家委会正式成立啦！看，本届家委成员站在舞台上手捧沉甸甸聘书，满满的仪式感，满满的责任感。

Parents expressed their aspirations and many suggestions for the kindergarten in this parents committee. The distance between homes and kindergarten is closer. Everyone had a better understanding of the kindergarten, established trust, and clarified the direction of making efforts. This is the foundation for home-school cooperation and opened a new chapter of home-school interaction.

本次家委会，通过面对面的形式，家长们表达了自己的心声，为幼儿园提出了很多宝贵的建设性建议。更近一步拉近了家园距离，让大家对园所工作安排有了进一步认知，建立起良好的信任感，明确共同努力的方向。为家园合作打下了良好的基础，开启了家园互动新篇章。
