4月12日，在熙园校区里每个班级正在进行三种不同的小实验，大象牙膏的秘密、水油交融、凹凸透镜的秘密，吸引了小小观众们的注意力！萃宝们纷纷戴上护目镜，手套，穿上罩衣，迫不及待地想要自己动手操作起来。神奇的大象药水加入催化剂和色素，用小棍搅拌喷发出大量的泡沫；本不会相融的水和油，尝试加入我们生活中常见的物品之后发生了奇妙的效果；通过小小的镜片观察，直观地感受光线的传播，让我们了解背后真正的秘密。

On April 12, different experiments were conducted at the Xiyuan campus: the Secret of Elephant Toothpaste, the Melting of Water and Oil, and the Secret of Concave and Convex Lenses, which attracted the attention of a small audience! Our little Gumis put on their goggles, gloves and coveralls and could not wait to start their hands-on experiments.  The magical elephant potion was mixed with catalysts and colorful pigments, and many bubbles were produced by stirring them with a small stick. Water and oil, which would not have melted together, were added to common items in our lives, and wonderful effects occurred.  By observing small lenses, we can intuitively feel the propagation of light to understand the real secret behind it.

春阳煦暖，草木蔓发，正是萃宝们劳作，感受春天的好时候。每个年级的小萃宝们同样使用花朵，根据操作的难易，展开不同形式的活动。制作玫瑰香水，黏土压花，花朵授粉，古法育苗，宝贝们在活动中学习到了花朵的结构，形成，以及不同的功能。更重要的是，在学习和探索实践的过程中，感受自然的美好，体验生命的力量，感受劳动的快乐，在劳动实践中茁壮成长。在心中播下真美善和关爱的种子，成长为一个爱运动、乐交往、喜探索、善表达”的阳光儿童。

With the warmth of the spring sun and the growth of grass and trees, it was a great time for children to work and feel the spring. Little Gumis from each grade used flowers to create a variety of activities. In activities such as Rose Perfumes, Flower Embossing on Clay, Spring Flower Pollination and Ancient Seedling Rearing, the children learnt about the structure and formation of flowers and their different functions. Also, while learning and exploring, they felt the beauty of nature, the power of life, and the joy of labour.  Sowed the seeds of truth, beauty, goodness and care in their hearts, and grew up to become children who love sports, enjoy social interaction, enjoy exploring, and are good at expression.

四月***一周的国际美食日，小萃宝们选择了越南春卷。春天吃春卷，把“春味”卷到面饼里，一口咬住“春天”，品春天带来的荟萃百味。准备好食材有：春卷皮、肉馅、鲜虾仁、甜玉米粒、青瓜丝、胡萝卜丝、酱料。萃宝们有序排队洗干净小手后，自己动手丰衣足食。将已经泡软的面饼铺在桌面上放上自己喜爱的蔬菜，再淋上酱汁，实在太美味啦！今天的活动不仅帮助幼儿了解越南春卷的由来，同时也让宝贝们在动手包春卷、品尝自制春卷的过程中，深刻体会到学习生活技能的成功与快乐。

The Vietnamese spring roll was the star of our April International Food. Roll all the spring favour ingredients into a pastry and take a spring bite. The following ingredients were prepared: spring roll skin, fresh prawns, sweet corn kernels, shredded cucumber, shredded carrots and sauce. The little Gumis washed their hands and sat around the table to make their spring rolls. The softened pastry was spread on the table, and the children topped it with vegetables and sauce, rolled it up, and then took a bite; it was so delicious! The activity helped children understand the origin of Vietnamese spring rolls and allowed them to experience the success and happiness of learning life skills in making and tasting homemade spring rolls.
