First of all, Chily, Director of Crown Dream Education and Research Center, brought a special study on “Positive Behavior Policy”. The teachers welcomed the teachers' development day with full enthusiasm. A positive adult-child relationship can help children learn to manage stress and develop a sense of trust in their own abilities that grows with them. A safer relationship between adults and children is the foundation of "guidance" and the foundation of children's social competence. When children are unable to solve problems by their own abilities and misbehave, teachers should help them solve the problem instead of punishing them.
Teaching through learning. During the activity, Director Chily divided the teachers into five groups. Teachers in each group need to analyze the challenging behaviors of children and the correct guidance methods based on their own practical experience. After 20 minutes of discussion, the teachers in each group shared their own cases and put forward their own thoughts.
The second activity is the teacher's concentration game! Principal Eva explained and demonstrated some games on how to cultivate children's concentration. These interesting games can be played with children right away!
