Safety is the top priority in Xiyuan Crown Dream. In order to increase the safety awareness, broaden First-Aid skills and guarantee the safety of children, we invited professional trainers from Xiangmihu Safety Education Center to conduct First-Aid Skills training, including how to save a choking baby and bandage a wound.

安全是幼儿园工作的重中之重。为了提高园所教职员工的安全意识，增长教师的急救知识，保证幼儿的生命安全，在一学期一次的教师发展日里，熙园冠萃国际幼儿园特邀香蜜湖社区安全教育中心的工作人员来园给全体教职工开展急救技能培训，包括：异物卡喉以及创伤包扎。

During the training, the trainers helped all the staff to master the skills with an overall and visual perspective through theory learning and practice. On how to save a choking baby, we realized the importance of acquiring the skills after watching some real cases which children got choke. Using the model baby to practice, we learned where to put our hands and how much strength we should put. Practice makes perfect; with the guidance of the trainers, we have mastered the proper way and will carry it out once it is needed in future.

在培训中，香蜜湖社区安全教育中心的工作人员通过理论与实操相结合的培训方式，让我们更***更直观地掌握和学习了这些急救技能。***部分异物卡喉的学习中，工作人员进行了详细的理论讲解和生动的演示。结合幼儿吃饭时被食物卡住危机生命的案例，让我们更意识到掌握应对异物卡喉的方法的重要性。实操中，我们利用婴儿模特进行不断地操练；工作人员耐心指导以及纠正老师们手的位置摆放、用劲力度等，不断精益求精，确保我们掌握正确的方式。

There was tea time after the first part’s training. During the rest time, we also had discussion with the trainers about other First Aid Skills.

***部分的学习之后，幼儿园为老师和工作人员们准备了精美的茶歇点心。在休息的过程中，老师们也不忘和香蜜湖社区安全教育中心的工作人员继续讨论和学习相关急救知识。

How to bandage a wound was the next training topic. It was hilarious to see teachers wrap up bandage for each other, but we can tell that they were definitely working so hard. Bandaging a wound is another important skill for teachers. Interesting practice inspires our learning, too. It is realized that bandaging is way too much complicated and detailed.

紧跟着是创伤包扎的学习。看到了老师们分组为彼此包扎的样子了吗？大家逐渐变成木乃伊的样子很滑稽，但也看出了老师们埋头认真学习和模拟包扎的努力。包扎是外伤应急处理的重要措施之一，对我们教职工也是必须掌握的急救技能之一。有趣的实操学习，更是激发了大家高涨的学习热情。而经过学习培训后更明白看似简单的包扎其实有非常多需要注意的细节和手法。

Take precautions before it’s too late. The training was a miniature of our daily safety education.

It was clear and easy to understand with vivid and first-hand practice. We also felt grateful for

尊重生命，未雨绸缪，此次应急救护知识培训是幼儿园安全教育的一个缩影。浅显易懂、生动鲜活的学习和现场操作，不但加强了教职工们对急救知识的了解，而且提高了大家处理突发意外事件的能力。同时冠萃熙园为香蜜湖社区安全教育中心的工作人员献上锦旗，感恩他们的耐心指导和教学。让我们携手用爱心记录孩子的成长，用专业保障孩子的健康，用行动为孩子们健康、快乐成长撑起一片安全的天空。
