As May is approaching, parents with children who are about to go to kindergartens have started to act, visiting different kindergartens and trying to find a suitable school for their children. Guancui knows the concerns of parents well and will hold a series of Parent Briefing meetings, wishing to bring parents into Crown Dream, help them know more about it, and provide parents with an option of school, which is founded locally, located in Shenzhen, and originated purely from England. Guancui Xiyuan campus’s third parent briefing was successfully held on 24th April last weekend.

随着5月的临近，各位即将踏入幼儿园的小朋友家长们也开始“出动”，探访各大园所，力求为孩子找寻一所***合适的幼儿园，冠萃深知家长担忧，将在春季举办一系列【招生家长说明会】，带家长走进冠萃，了解冠萃，为择校的家庭提供一个立足本土、落地深圳，源自纯正英伦的国际化园所的选择。由此，冠萃熙园校区第3场家长说明会也在上周末4月24日圆满举办。

CDIK Baoan Campus welcomed groups of families to attend the Briefing. Through half a day of in-depth communication and interaction, we discussed how we can help children achieve their best in their golden stage.

冠萃熙园校区招生说明会迎来了关注冠萃教育的家长朋友们，通过半天的深入交流与互动，一起探讨孩子们如何在黄金发展阶段得到***的早期教育，也让家长朋友们对冠萃的课程体系、教学目标、精细化园所管理等方面更加了解与信任。

Parents came one after another, getting their temperatures taken, and the passing-route codes checked and hands sanitized. They entered the school according to the strict prevention of COVID-19. Children’s health and safety are our top priority.

家长们陆续到来，测量体温、出示行程码、手部消毒等每一项工作都在严谨、有序中进行，萃宝的健康安全永远是我们坚守的***道防线。

Vivian, the headmaster of Xiyuan Campus, warmly welcomed the coming of all the parents. She appreciated parents who cares about children’s education and choose the right kindergarten for their children. Every child is unique, which is the main educational philosophy of EYFS and has been introduced by Vivian to all the parents. The dream for Crown Dream, Xiyuan campus is to be the one that children love and parents rely on. We devoted to building a happy castle which inspires children’s potential through love.

First, we had Ms. Jia Liu, the school’s chancellor, who introduced to parents about our education philosophy, future development of Crown Dream, getting across to parents about the brand concept as well as our history of development. Based on Shenzhen, Crown Dream has many school branches in core metropolises including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Crown Dream, with an open mind and internationalized vision, integrating high-quality education resources, concerting with well-known early childhood educationalists from England, introduces British early childhood education to China. Our school focuses on ‘school, family, community’ three-in-one educational environment, wishing to cultivate children into ‘global little citizens’ with Chinese culture in heart, striving to make Crown Dream education available to families in need and making each child’s future bright and brilliant.

Chily, the Director of Crown Dream Academy, explained the most concerned parts in the kindergarten education and teaching--the curriculum framework. Based on the educational ideal of ‘Leading children to their brilliant future’, Crown Dream which is in collaboration with British experts in pre-school education, introduces the high qualitied British Early childhood education. Crown Dream believes that every child is unique and aims to develop a diversified education to help children grow into young citizens who are patriotic and have an international vision.

教研总监Chily女士向家长们介绍冠萃EYFS教育体系——冠萃教育联合英国Ofsted官方督导及早期教育专家，携手英国伦敦知名连锁教育机构，将***质的英式早期教育引入中国，并致力于以英国EYFS早期教育体系为冠萃核心教育框架，创设支架幼儿***、健康发展的双文化教育环境，培养具有中国情怀的国际小公民。

Through videos and pictures, Chily vividly revealed the four principles of EYFS and the educational concept of "Learn Through Play", as well as the "Kindergarten-based curriculum" that we have made after introducing EYFS into China and CDIK. What’s more, she analyzed the learning process of children in different ages to help parents understand the importance of scientific parenting for children's lifelong learning and development.

Chily总监通过直观的视频、丰富的真实图片，用抽丝剥茧的方式，为家长们直观生动地揭秘了EYFS的四大基本原则和“玩中学”的教育理念，以及EYFS落地中国、落地冠萃之后我们所做的“国本化裁剪”和“园本化”裁剪，形象生动地分析了各年龄段幼儿的学习重点，让家长们收获了满满，由内到外地理解科学育儿对孩子终身学习发展的重要性。

What made CDIK so attractive? What brings smiling faces to teachers and children? What has led parents to believe in the way that CDIK taught? Eva came to the stage with plenty of evidence to share to all.

Exploring scientific and suitable management to build a positive professional team is the core of the teachers’ management. Only a teacher with professional happiness and willingness to be a good educator can cultivate a confident and unique child. Activities such as regular teaching and research, pre-job training, peer observation, TDD and Work Union Outing enable CDIK faculty to absorb the up-dated knowledge and feel the warmth from co-workers. With diversified learning and training, teachers enjoy their growth in professional fields, life skills, social etiquette, etc.

探索科学人文管理，打造积极向上的专业团队，是教师队伍成长的核心，只有一个充满职业幸福感的老师，一个阳光有爱的教育者，才能培养出自信满满、***的孩子。常规教研、岗前培训、观摩课、教师发展日、团建日等活动，让冠萃人吸收源源不断的知识养份，感受爱和教育的温度。多元化的学习培训机制，从专业领域、生活技能、社交礼仪等等，老师们享受着精彩纷呈的学习成长旅程。

Parents were paying all of their attention to parent information session and children were exploring the campus wholeheartedly, engaged in every interesting learning corner and multiple rooms and space, which largely satisfy their desire of exploration and their nature of play. The STEM room in particular, attracted lots of little fans and this is the charm of technology and creation.

家长们在说明会结束后，跟随着老师们等脚步，探索校园、享用英式甜点，小朋友们也尽情探索校园各个有趣区角，大大满足了孩子们的探索欲与爱玩的天性！特别是冠萃STEM创客空间，吸引了一批大小粉丝，这就是科技与创造的魅力所在。
