When it starts a new term, parents will keep considering: will my babe cry in kindergarten? Did he/she eat well? Did he/she sleep well? What did he/she learn? In order to strengthen the home-kindergarten communication, boarded parents' understanding of kindergarten, and enhance family education idea, CDIK Baoan campus held the new term parents' meeting on September 9, 11 and 14, 2020.

又是一年开学时，宝贝们在幼儿园会哭吗？吃得好吗？睡得香吗？学了什么？这应该是所有家长都会担心的问题。为了进一步加强家园联系，增进家长对幼儿园工作的了解，提高家庭教育的观念，真正达到家园携手共同培养孩子的目标，鸿景园校区于2020年9月9日、11日、14日分年级召开了新学期家长会。

防控工作不松懈，每个到场家长在幼儿园门口进行测温、出示防疫绿码、行程码入园登记。

The parents' meeting was divided into two venues. First, the school parents meeting was held in the lobby, and then the class meeting was held in the classroom. Eva, the director of teaching department, awarded the "model parent" to those attended the meeting on time. Did you find out there are sort of feelings that make you feel like a child when you were active in the ice-breaking game? "Learn through play" is the brightest concept in EYFS teaching.

本次家长会分成两个会场进行，首先是校级会议以年级为单位进行，然后再到各班级进行班级会议。教学主任Eva给按时参会的家长们授予“***配合榜样家长奖”，在暖场游戏中积极活跃的您，是否找到了孩子的影子呢？“玩中学”是EYFS课程体系中***为亮点的理念，希望每一个爱孩子的爸爸妈妈，都不会错过与孩子游戏共度的童年。

Principal Shirley showed us the teaching and administrative team with a warm video. The management idea of Baoan campus is to create teachers' happiness, a scientific but humanistic management to build a professional team. Chily, the director of Crownura Academy, explained the most concerned part in the kindergarten education and teaching----the curriculum framework, at the same time, Eva showed us photos: How to achieve the co-education between home and kindergarten and provide the best education resources to children.

园长妈妈用暖心视频记录了庞大又可爱的教职工团队，营造教师职业幸福感，科学人文管理，打造一支专业团队是鸿景园校区的管理目标；冠萃教研中心总监Chily为大家讲解了***为关心的幼儿园教育教学框架，教学主任Eva则以照片的形式向大家展示幼儿园教育教学的实施与落地；我们的孩子每天都生活在社会、家庭、学校这三个真实的场景中，如何发挥家园共育的作用，将***的教育资源提供给孩子，是园所和家庭的共同目标。

Entering the class, the meeting is organized by the Chinese teachers and foreign teachers. First, parents watched the video of children's adaptation week and find out that children’s performance was far beyond their imagination. Next is to introduce the teachers and they explained the contents of "Daily Routine", "situation analysis", "EYFS learn through play", "work plan " and "home-kindergarten education", those which parents are most concerned about.

进入班级后，会议由班级老师和外教组织进行。家长朋友们一起观看幼儿适应周的回顾短片，萌萌小萃宝的表现远超父母想象。接下来是介绍班级老师，中教老师和外教老师一起讲解了家长***关心的“一日流程”、“班级情况分析”、“EYFS玩中学”、“本学期工作计划”、“家园共育”五大板块的相关内容。

In the class situation analysis, parents are having the brainstorm in groups, including recorder, timekeeper, and representative speaker. What an incredible moment!

在班级情况分析的模块中，家长们以小组的形式进行头脑风暴，分别有小组记录员、计时员，还有小组代表发言，集思广益，班级氛围浓厚！

Foreign teachers are the one that parents pay most attention to. They prepare the PPT to introduce themselves, and prepare some games to have fun and simulate the daily English teaching activities, so that we were able to become children and feel the fun of learning the second language.

外教老师是家长朋友们***关注且重视的教育资源之一，老师们认真地准备自我介绍，还细心地准备了小游戏互动，模拟英文活动的组织形式，让大家成为孩子感受学习第二语言的乐趣。

At the end of the meeting, the parents enjoyed the free time to visit the children's classroom.

会议***，家长们参观了孩子们的教室，近距离感受孩子们的校园生活。

Through this parents' meeting, it shortens the distance between home and kindergarten and helps parents reduce their anxiety and worries, more importantly, it increases their understanding, trust and support to the kindergarten. It is said that parents are the first teachers of children, however, kindergarten education is also an important path in children's growth. We believe that with the care of parents and teachers, Gumi will grow up healthy and strong.

通过新学期***次的家长会，拉近了家园之间的距离，帮助家长从心理上减少了焦虑和担忧，增加家长对幼儿园的理解、信任和支持。 都说父母是孩子的***任老师，而幼儿园教育也是孩子成长的重要阶段，相信在家长和老师的共同关心与呵护下，萃宝们一定能茁壮成长。
