Flower bouquet, or flower arranging, is an ancient traditional cultural phenomenon for theme expression and feeling transition. Flower bouquet is not just a simple combination of various flowers. It is to select materials through the theme by following the rules of creation and combining flowers into an exquisite shape.

插花，或称作创作花型造型艺术，是一种古老的传统文化现象，借此表达一种主题，传递一种感情和情趣。插花不是一个单纯的各种花材的组合，是通过一定的构思来选材，遵循创作法则，把所用的花材拼合成一个优美的造型。

China had the original idea and prototype of flower bouquet nearly 2000 years ago. Flower bouquet had been popular since the Tang Dynasty, and it was popular in the palace. The flower arranging was also used in front of the altar at the Buddha temple. The art of flower arranging in the Song Dynasty has been popularized among the people and loved by literati.

中国在近2000年前已有了原始的插花意念和雏形。插花到唐朝时已盛行起来，并在宫廷中流行，在寺庙中则作为祭坛中的佛前供花。宋朝时期插花艺术已在民间得到普及，并且受到文人的喜爱。

Flower bouquet comes from life, and originate from the art of living. The English word "DIY" is an abbreviation of "Do It Yourself".To expand the children's views, understand and feel the art of life, in this special epidemic period, we invited the teacher XiaoXiao from "Shenzhen Huaxiao Flower Art Co., Ltd." to the kindergarten. Teacher XiaoXiao provided children exploration experience activities for the flower arrangement and discovery the beauty in life.

插花来源于生活，源于生活艺术。而日常中常见的英语单词”DIY“其实是”Do It Yourself”的缩写，意思为自己动手做。为拓宽孩子们的视野，了解和感受生活中的艺术之美，疫情特殊时期，我们邀请到了“深圳花晓花艺有限公司”的晓晓老师来到园里，让孩子们在体验探索活动中感受插花艺术，发现生活中的美好。

What kind of flower is this? Smells so good. Children are listening to the teacher carefully of the introduction for the name and language of different flowers. The teacher introduced various tools and decorative materials to the children. Our children showed a strong interest in these different tools.

这是什么花呢？闻着好香呀。萃宝们在仔细地听老师介绍不同鲜花的名称和花语。老师为萃宝们逐一介绍各种插花工具和装饰材料。小萃宝们对各种工具充满好奇。

Our children observed the teacher carefully about the demonstration for techniques and methods explanation of DIY flower arranging. Look! Our children cannot wait to participate.

萃宝们认真地看着老师示范DIY插花，讲解插花的技巧和方法，观察每一个步骤。瞧！小萃宝迫不及待体验跃跃欲试的眼神。你是否也想参与其中呢？

With the guidance and help of the teachers, children are too excited to imagine and be creative! They choose their favorite colors of Pompon chrysanthemums and decorations, and success after numerous attempts and exploration. Our children transformed all these beautiful flowers into cute little animals. Every flower and leaf is the product of children’s inspiration.

在老师们的引导和帮助下，萃宝们大胆想象，创意发挥！他们自选喜欢的颜色乒乓菊和装饰品，在不断地尝试和探索操作中获得了成功。一个个灵动的花球经萃宝们的巧手创意后变成一个个可爱的小动物，每一朵花，每一片衬叶，都是灵感涌动的成品。

During leaving school time, children showed their works to the parents immediately, and used the flower language learned today to present their love and care to their parents while giving them flowers.

日落时分，在放学的时候，孩子们***时间给爸爸妈妈展示了自己的作品，并且运用今天学到的花语，赠送爸爸妈妈鲜花的同时，表达了对爸爸妈妈的爱和关心。

In this event, in addition to numerous attempts and exploration in art creation, our children used their creativity by using different materials to create a unique work. They also learned to use flowers and flower language, and enjoyed the fun of flower arranging. We are already looking forward to the next event!

这次的社会实践活动中，萃宝们除了在艺术创作中不断地探索和尝试，在一定的材料里运用自己的创意，创造出***的作品，更是学会了运用花和花语对身边人的关心，感受插花的乐趣和生活的美好。已经开始期待下一次的社会实践活动啦！
